Negotiable. Tactical Gaming Systems is a High End Tactical Laser Tag System Development Company. Starting in 2010 $1.2M was invested to develop the intellectual property over an eight year period, testing, learning, listening and developing the experience with our guest's constant feedback. The system is still fully operational at our corporate location (Different business name) and is completely developed and geared toward a recurring revenue model. Our demographic is 45% Female 55% Male, Average age is 22 years old. We host a lot of birthday parties (kids and adults), team building events, bachelor parties and open general sessions. Up to 60 players can participate in the same session.
You sell the hardware to a family entertainment center or paintball field or any business that wants a high margin entertainment attraction and license the control software. You get a piece of every ticket they sell through a small per-use licensing fee. You'll provide ongoing support, parts and service for your customers as well as develop new missions. We launched as a franchise model in 2018 and sold 5 locations. 1 opened in 2019, 1 signed a location lease in Feb 2020 and 3 were on their search for a location when COVID hit. The 3 searching let their contracts expire. The 1 opened went under and the 1 trying to open was delayed, opened late and closed after running out of capital. We tried to relaunch the franchise model after the COVID dust started to settle but we ran out of capital. Due to an additional series of events, we are now looking for someone to take this awesome, highly rated experience and re-launch it. The current software/firmware developer is willing to continue to work on the system on a per-project basis or they can transfer all the knowledge to your own developer. The system is deployable indoors or outdoors.
The system controls all the taggers in real-time, the props (Bombs, Safes, Control Points, Respawn Kiosks, etc) the lighting, the sounds and the video. The operator literally sets the mission to play, sets up the appropriate prop and clicks "Play". The system takes it from there and displays scores in real-time inside the bases and keeps track of all scoring to display in the lobby after the session is complete.
It is turn-key, ready to deploy and add new features to.
