Growers tend to be repeat purchasers once a relationship is developed and constantly return for soil, lights, nutrients, services, etc. Locations are chosen to be be ex-urban areas to avail of customers with more growing space but also appeal to condo grower with limited space who purchase tents for indoor growing. Competition is partially from online stores but soil bags are heavy and we beat soil prices online. Customers love coming to stores to pick up soil and receive advice on growing, nutrition, etc.
Employees are very experienced and run stores with little owner intervention. Store footprint is small enough for 1 employee to run.
