History
In the eight years we've been here, last few years the electronics sale has been steadily slowing down each year but our repairs side are still growing. However, a good portion of our revenue is from electronics sales. Since we haven't sold a lot of electronics like before we haven't bought a lot of electronics for our store. We've also been looking to sell the business since summer 2022. The price has been dropped twice to reflect the store performance. If we can't sell it this year (2024) we will ramp up buying inventory again and go full steam again like in 2020-2022, since the economy will be better 2025.
We did almost 500k in revenue before they start raising interest rate scaring all the buyers away starting in 2022. We may post this business again for sale summer of 2025 like we do every year. This means if you are interested in this business in the future, you may inform me if you wish for me to contact you when the business is put up for sale again.
It is a very very good price for a professional franchise retail business that been established for 8 years. The furnitures and signages and starting equipment was part of a franchise package costing $95,000 and included in the business are addition new equipments we purchased along the way. You also getting about 5,000 or more customers list from this business that will be part of the sales. The built-out for a this business when we first started cost $30,000 since it was a brand new unit and we are the first tenant. The unit still looks very new. The lightings in this store are all LED and very bright and don't cost too much in electric bills and the bulbs last a very long time. The franchise fee that I had to pay when first joining this franchise was $49,000. To transfer the title the franchise only require $10,000.
We have all the equipments for advance electronics repair. In the sale included $5,000 of repair parts and accessories and $2,000 electronics. Franchise requires a $10,000 transfer fee to transfer this store ownership, it is part of $39,999 sale. If you don't want the repair parts, accessories or electronics or would like to purchased them separately, we can minus $7,000 from sale price. This one time $10,000 going to "transfers fee" to transfer business title to new owner, and I am asking for only $22,999 (32,999 total) after subtracting the parts, accessories and electronics.

If we can't find the right owner by January 24, 2025. We will then take it off the market and maybe put it up for sale summer of 2025. In the meantime, we will be increasing our inventory and won't be selling it anymore until we can lower our inventory again. In case since buyers may want to purchase their own inventory through their sources and not us.
