Facilities
A to Z Party Rentals business has two retail stores, one in Albany and one in Salem. The Salem facility is the larger of the two and both stores have ample storage and warehouse space to store the equipment and inventory that is leased to the public on a daily basis. A partial list of equipment and inventory can be provided but the number of items is too numerous to provide an actual inventory. Both stores have retail display areas for customer's selection. The customer list exceeds 100,000 and is all computerized, mostly repeat customers.
Competition
A to Z is the largest and oldest provider of Party and Event supplies in the mid-Willamette valley. They are so well established that very little advertising is necessary.
Growth & Expansion
The Portland market is probably ten times the size of Salem and customers from Portland frequently use A to Z as opposed to a competitor closer to Portland. A store location there would undoubtedly be something a new owner would want to consider. To acquire an event facility would also allow for a new revenue generating source.
Financing
SBA loan available based on P&Ls
Support & Training
Owner will stay on to train the buyer.
Reason for Selling
Retiring after 25+ year career.
