His stellar reputation in this field would unlock many doors to collaborative business opportunities, enhance internal design and development of governmental-compliant software and systems, assist in the sale and marketing of proprietary EMR and related software, systems, and processes. Owner is willing to train others who would be able to continue offering consulting services with him or when he decides to exit.
This is not a business that cannot be valued as a multiple of adjusted EBITDA or revenue.
