Absentee paint/drywall company 5 million in sales

706k SDE paint/drywall contractor with 13 million in contracts

I am offering a well established mostly absentee commercial and multifamily painting and drywall firm. There were SDE of 706k on 7.7million of revenue in 2021. 2021 tax return show 287k net with 274k depreciation. Projected SDE for 2022 is 850k plus. Currently there is no advertising and work is backlogged into 4th quarter of 2023. The owner works around 6 hours a week on estimating and client relations. Most of the work results from repeat customers. There is room to grow through advertising, utilizing single family contacts that are in place and not pursued, and bringing the drywall component in house rather then the joint venture on a work order basis. The company would come with 3 company trucks and a relocatable office if desired by a new owner. There are 2 project managers and an office assistant that handles the day to day work. A new owner would need an office manager to replace the owners spouse whom handles invoicing, data entry for payroll, contract administration, and other paperwork required for insurance programs and audits.
