We are in an excellent location, near Birmingham and Troy, two of the most lucrative suburbs in the Detroit area, with easy access to Detroit, West Bloomfield and Macomb County. Lawn care, snow plowing, and expanded design/build services could easily be added, built on the regular cash flow of garden maintenance.

Growth & Expansion

Price increases, more commercial clients, additional landscape services, listed above. My business has fortunately tapped into a rich source of workers through students from Macomb Community College, their parents, mature workers who ride the bus from downtown Detroit, who often work in factories during the winter, and even young people from Macomb County and Mt Clemens. It is a seasonal business and most workers have other jobs during the winter.
