Adore Real Talent is a small Ballroom dance studio that teaches private, group,and wedding lessons. It also provided alternative options to promote creativity; with Zumba classes, break dancing, art class events and more. It is woman owned and first established in 2018 by Katherine Hayes; then gaining a permanent location in March of 2020. This studio teaching style is about customization and adjusting teaching methods for students to learn how to dance and be more creative. Adore Real Talent is a welcoming environment with a family feel and close community. We believe that anyone can dance. We like to encourage our students to work together regardless of their level during our group classes, to help students grow together realistically and build a community. While also focusing on achieving each individual's goals during their private lessons. We truly care about making each student a part of something that's worthwhile, meaningful, encouraging, inclusive, and welcoming.

Competition
Great location to market for NC state students, close to downtown Raleigh and Cary which makes it a perfect spot to reach a great range of customers. There are a few Ballroom Dance studios/ Dance studios near our location however due to our unique teaching style, method, and creative quality we haven't felt there was a competition with other studios.
Growth & Expansion
Due to owners availability, Katherine was able to run studio, pay oneself and contractors with about 15-20hrs a week. Therefore pro - there is great a amount of time that can be filled for greater revenue and profile without increasing expense by much. In addition there is interest however Katherine wasn't able to provide more classes due to time restrictions. Con - Katherine's restriction in time didn't have much time to place a lot of marketing strategies. Pro - However with a little marketing there is a great referral and top review ratings.
