Cash flowing, semi-absentee entertainment biz for sale.
We are one of only 6 rage rooms in the State of TN. We offer customers an array of activities such as axe throwing, rage rooms, table games, darts, pool, nintendo switch, and more. We have age appropriate entertainment for young kids to keep them occupied as well. We have a beer permit and sell an array of bottled drinks such as beer, margaritas, daiquiris, and various other options. We offer light bar food such as snacks, hot dogs, etc. We cater for events that want more food.
We are in a good location and poised for continued growth. A full staff is currently place including a manager and event coordinator. As the owner, I go in once every 1-2 weeks mainly to pickup inventory for the rage room (glass from thrift shops). That could be automated as well to make a fully absentee owned business.
Our facility is uniquely setup to host parties of up to 150 people. We have a strong focus on both walkin customers as well as parties. One thing that sets us apart from other axe throwing shops is that we use an interactive system for our axe games. Most places just draw a target on the boards. We have a PC, projector, and IR camera on each lane. You interact with the lane system much like bowling. You enter your name. You can use the mouse and keyboard to choose from 10 games and the projector will display the game board. The IR camera can detect where your axe landed and score for you, again like bowling. Our selection of games range from a standard target to zombie hunter, or from tic tac tow to asteroids. We even have one lane setup where the customer can upload a picture and throw an axe at it. It's a great hit on Valentine's Day,,,,, we call it Axe Your Ex.
The rage room is simple. Gear up with the protective gear (coveralls, gloves, hardhat, glasses), choose your tool (sledge, crow bar, bat) and just destroy the TV, glassware, PC, etc. It's really cheap therapy and a ton of fun. We don't have disappointed customers. There's no such thing as a disappointed customer when you let them smash a TV and then handle the cleanup.
