Growth & Expansion
We just recently added breakfast in end of April and made a large jump in cash coming in with that. We only run that Tuesday-Friday, no weekends. Lunch and dinner only on weekends. Adding breakfast to those days would make a huge effect in cash flow. I used to make our own homemade ice cream years ago, but we had to sell the batch freezer during Covid. That was also a great way to bring in customers.
