Competition
There are a couple of competitors for boat rentals in the area but our boats stand out as the premium rentals of what is offered. We also have the only boat legally large enough for groups as large as 10-13. Our website and google profile show in the top 1-3 on search for boat rentals.
Growth & Expansion
This business was more of a side offering for our rental homes and we never intended it to turn into a full time business as it did. Endless growth opportunity, we did almost no marketing( we do have google ads setup). These boats can be booked 2-3 times a day in the high season and a few times a week in the low season. Potential for 120-150k in gross bookings with 2 boats and full time employee.
