1. Owner-Full time. Works in field in several different capacities. Will be available for employment for a limited time only to assist in transition. Retirement is reason for selling. Has Georgia Low Voltage Telcom License, BICSI RCDD certification and FCC General Radiotelephone Operator License. Available to remain on staff if needed for projects requiring on-staff RCDD.
2. IT Specialist/Operations manager-Full time. Works in field primarily in IT. Oversees day to day operation of company. Has Masters Degree in IT and several IT Certifications
3. IT Technician-Full time. Works primarily in IT under supervision of #2 above.
4. IT Technician-Full time Works primarily in IT under supervision of #2 above.
5. Account Manager--Full time. Works in office, trouble desk, programmer, parts and inventory, billing.
6. Office Manager-Part Time, Semi Retired after 35 years of full time service with the company. Telephone PBX and Voice mail systems programmer, bookkeeper, billing, parts and equipment inventory, bench technician
7. Office Receptionist-Part Time. Works on Trouble desk, some programming, parts and inventory.

As analog systems are being replaced with IP systems, the market in this company's current coverage area and customer base is wide open for expansion. Current customers with analog systems are being transitioned to IP. Customers are requiring more integration of IP systems as well. The addition of security and fire alarm systems would be a great asset. Many of the company's current customers request these services but the company does not offer them due to no experience or license. A current large customer would subscribe to these services if available.

Support & Training
Current owner will work with new owner for a negotiated salary up to six months as needed for training and accounts familiarization. After six months additional support can be negotiated.
