Commission Marketer Opportunity

Profitable Convenience Store! Buyer will the have right to operate the Convenience Store with a monthly rent. Landlord will pay the Buyer two cents per gallon commission payment monthly. The Buyer will retain all the merchandise, lottery and other service sales at the Convenience Store. Buyer will collect fuel sales and deliver the sales to Landlord daily. The Landlord will contribute or credit to the Lessee the sum of US$75,000.00 (“Buildout Credit”) which shall be used and/or expended solely by the Lessee for capital improvements to the interior of the Demised Premises and to the replacement of furniture, fixtures, equipment, finishings and machinery. The utilization of the Buildout Credit by the Lessee shall be subject to the approval of the Lessor which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.
