The Company designs and builds tooling and dies and fixtures that enable its Customers to form a wide variety of materials. The fixtures and special machines designed and built by the Company enable Customers to streamline and automate their manufacturing processes. The Company started in the late 1970s and since has built a large and highly diversified Customer base. Customers range from manufacturers of agriculture equipment to manufacturers of heavy duty over the road equipment. There are numerous other categories in between. The Company is not dependent on any one industry. The Company’s range of capabilities and diversity of Customers offer significant growth opportunities.
Facilities and Equipment
The Company occupies a well maintained Class A contemporary building of approximately 15,000 square feet in an upscale industrial park with ample room for expansion. The Company owns an extensive list of state of the art CNC equipment.
