The current owner of this company, along with four friends, began operations in 2017 in one location. They started in a commissary kitchen and offered deliveries only on the weekends. After a couple of years through attrition and other opportunities, the current owner became the only owner in the company. Since then, she has added two additional location; another storefront with a kitchen and the other a walk-up location for ordering cookies only. After a couple years operating three locations, the owner realized that she was more profitable with just one location than having three. Recently, she has been thinking of trimming down the two newer locations and just going with the one main plant. Of course, a new owner could make that decision based on his or her vision of what they want to accomplish. They may have new ideas whereby keeping all three locations could prove to be a great opportunity.
