The Company designs and manufactures a nationally recognized brand of custom ramps dedicated to improving the accessibility of residential and commercial spaces. The Company's proprietary link-based design allows for adjustable lengths, lightweight portability, and modular components, facilitating easy customization and assembly. Product lines include ramps for wheelchairs and scooters; ATVs and motorcycles; vans, RVs, and boats; as well as for a variety of commercial and industrial purposes. The Company has an international customer base. It sells to approximately 285 dealers and resellers throughout North America and actively sells to country dealers in 20 other countries.

Nationally Recognized Brand and Reputation — The Company enjoys a long-standing (25+ year) reputation for quality products and superior customer service and support. The Company is well known for providing excellent products that meet the needs of a range of end-users.

Wide-Ranging Customer Markets — Besides aiding mobility in the home and workplace, the Company’s products have applications for recreational use, light and heavy industry. For example, the Company has been contacted to build custom ramps for zoos, airports, palaces, music festivals, bariatric ambulances and museums.

Succession in Place — The General Manager (20% owner) has been with the Company for 24 years and would like to stay post-sale. He will provide tremendous experience and management continuity for new ownership.

International Reach — The Company distributes products around the world. Approximately 80% of the Company’s revenue is derived from domestic sales in the US, 2% from Canada, and 18% from sales in other international markets.

Rising Gross Profit Trend — Throughout the historical period, gross profit increased from 41.4% of sales in 2021 to 46.8% of sales by the end of 2023. The Company has been able to efficiently control the cost of sales after high growth, demonstrating its ability to maximize profitability potential.
