Dainty Pet Salon Loved By The Locals

One-on-one, high end salon with room to grow!

Hoping to sell to an experienced/former groomer or someone who has owned a salon before, although not a necessity. A letter if intent can be sent to the email listed.
We are a one-on-one salon focused on the comfort and well-being of every pet. Most of our clients are locals and find us from word of mouth. We have a great relationship with a couple local pet rescues, as well as some local groomers and vet clinics. The business was mobile for two years and then switched to a storefront January of this year. Currently on a 3-year lease with an awesome landlord, and we have super friendly neighbors who make tasty pizza every day! Ample parking space for clients of all kinds, and a small unfenced area of grass in the back alley for clients to use for their pets potty breaks.
The salon is a total of 1800 sq ft, and has a small cat grooming room which can also be turned into a storage room if cat services are ever discontinued. About 90% of clients are dog owners, but a cat groomer is a huge plus as there are only a few others in the surrounding cities!
We are a higher cost salon and try to match the pricing structure of other one-on-one, high end salons in the Boulder/Denver areas. We currently have a comfortable setup for 3 groomers, and have room to grow! Landlord pays water.
