Most of its retail customers are people who routinely frequent the Farmers’ Market on a weekly basis. The Market is open to the public on Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

The catering division of the business is designed to accommodate a range of events, from intimate gatherings to large celebrations, serving groups of as few as 5 up to 200 people. With experience catering everything from corporate events to private parties, this deli offers flexible menu options that can be tailored to the client. This business under its current name was started by the current owners in 2017. They purchased the business from three sisters who operated it as a deli. The business was expanded and rebranded when the current owners took it over. It was a very successful rebranding effort, and the business has been growing each year since the rebranding.
