BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

We set up an adexchange a couple of years ago signing up Nexxen and Illumin (AcuityAds) for both SSP and DSP seats. We have two years of tax returns. We did well for a while, but we're not technical and are not an agency so we are not using the platforms as much as they could be.

My partner and I are focused on our consulting business (another company) that's doing well and don't have time to do anything with this one.
