The production facility is in a large industrial building with the ability to move into a even bigger space without needing a new federal, state or local license. It was designed this way intentionally for scalability. Current space is around 1,000 square feet and there is still over 90,000 square feet available for expansion within in the building.

Competition

Massachusetts has limited distillery brands and spirits are one of the least saturated beverage production categories in the state (compared to beer, wine, THC products, etc.). Competition includes Berkshire Mountain Distillers, Bully Boy Distillers, and Short Path Distillery.

Growth & Expansion

Currently operating at roughly 10% production capacity with the equipment and assets already owned, leaving opportunity for the company to grow 10x without needing any new equipment or physical assets. Selling and distribution takes place strictly in MA, with an entrance into RI taking place later this year/early next year. All sales thus far are done internally and the company has not hired outside sales besides our distributor. Expansion into new states with a larger team is not only possible, but most likely very profitable.

Support & Training
