The Company was founded in 1996 by a focused team with 50 years of entrepreneurial experience. This experience across a broad
spectrum of the medical industry over the decades uncovered a new opportunity – to provide a streamlined distribution channel between
manufacturers and end-users.

The Company acquires a wide range of DME products for our customers that are available on-demand without the need to meet large
minimum order quantities. The on-demand model helps customers avoid costly inventory mistakes while providing cost-effective
operational solutions. This not only provides financial relief from inventory debt or asset allocation, it also improves customer cash flow and
positively impacts the bottom line. The Company currently carries approximately $5 million in inventory to be responsive to its clients.
The Company has an extensive line of braces (back, ankle, wrist, knee, etc), that are medicare approved and also has designed and
patented its own line of medical quality braces under its own brand.

Operational services include pick/pack/ship, cross-docking and direct to customer delivery systems, affording our customers the freedom to
focus on revenue and growth strategies. The product sourcing capabilities and industry expertise continue to identify market trends and
expansion opportunities.

The Company wishes to sell its profitable DME business and also have the buyer capable of capitalizing on the extensive funds put into the
new line of DME products. The Company sold over 193,000 units of its various products in 2022.
