The sale includes:
* The business entity, Heartfelt Drone Shows LLC, as registered in the state of Colorado.
* A fleet of 220 WG Drones that are fully tested, configured, and ready for use, and supporting equipment to fly a 200-drone show or 2 independent 100-drone shows, and 10% backup drones.
* A license for the DSS software required to execute shows.
* All necessary equipment, including a laptop, Wi-Fi routers and antennas, mobile furniture, battery chargers, and power units.
* FAA waivers for night operations and the operation of multiple small unmanned aircraft systems (14 CFR §§ 107.29(a)(2) & (b)—Anti-collision light requirement for operations at night and during periods of civil twilight, and 107.35—Operation of multiple small unmanned aircraft systems).
Applying for and securing these FAA waivers typically take anywhere from 4-8 months. Having them in place allows you to begin operations immediately.
