Mental Mansion Escape Rooms is located in downtown Eugene Oregon about 10 blocks from the University of Oregon. The business has high visibility from the road and is next to a number of bars, restaurants and other businesses. We fully ADA compliant with a large ramp to the front door, wide hallways and larger then required door ways. W e currently have two indoor experiences up and running with space for a third.

Competition

We are in the second largest Market in Oregon with only 3 other competitors. This position places Mental Mansion in a market that is not over saturated with to many other escape businesses while giving us a large population to draw from. We are also located in Eugene which is on the I-5 corridor in the heart of Oregon. This means we get a lot of tourism that passes through the state. With our close proximity to the University of Oregon we also get a large number of participant for Sate and National events that are held by the University.

Growth & Expansion

With our strong reputation and foundation in the community a future owners will find it quick and easy to bring in a large number of participants to fill all experiences. There is currently space to add an additional indoor experience and 2 additional outdoor experiences to expand escape option for return participants. With our weak advertising and marketing since the pandemic there is still a portion of the community that have not heard of us or even done an escape experience before.
