We are not the only tax & accounting practice in the area. However, we are one of the oldest firms that offers reasonable pricing along with exceptional service. Through the years we have seen many clients come and go but our service has been consistently appreciated by everyone. Our location in an upcoming, expanding area will provide a long stream of new opportunities for a willing buyer.

Growth & Expansion

We believe this business to be a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop a marketing plan to expand the website and local advertising. You will be able to piggyback off of our reputation and attract a variety of new business. In the past, we added financial consulting and insurance with our tax/accounting services. The investment brokerage was very successful and our insurance agency is continuing to attract new clients. The investment brokerage portion has since been sold, but there were prior years where total revenues exceeded $200k.

Support & Training

We will do whatever it takes to acclimate a new owner to the existing clients. This would include a reasonable presence in the office during the upcoming tax season to facilitate the transition.
