Competition
The only long-standing Commercial AV company in Central Oregon. The territory has also extended to Southern & Eastern Oregon. We are the “go-to- company” in the region. Primary competition originates from the Portland area (about a 2 – 3-hour drive) Occasionally, a project is lost to an out-of-towner, but AV Bend often reclaims that business later as the mountain drive is a deterrent for many to fix or service the system. Most Central Oregonians prefer a local company.
Growth & Expansion
Growth opportunities are here! For the past few years we seen an uptick in acoustical treatment requests. We responded by adding that offering to our services and it has grown slowing every year, in addition security and access control. Both have added nicely to the bottom line.
