Ryann and Rose Group LLC is a family owned SDVOSB certified small construction company that was founded in 2022. Prior to the start of this company, the current owners had established a great relationship with the USFS and the USDA under their previous sole-proprietorship construction company. This allowed Ryann and Rose Group LLC to quickly establish a reputation, even as a new company, as one of the top providers of building and facility maintenance to the USFS in our area of East TN and Western NC. Ryann and Rose Group currently is one of few contractors that hold the current IDIQ Contract with the USFS as a primary contractor for all facilities maintenance with the USFS in the Cherokee National Forrest through year 2028. This is part of a five year contract established in 2023 which has already brought in over a quarter million in awarded contracts since its start date and has potential of similar revenue annually through 2028. Ryann and Rose Group LLC is currently finishing up three projects with the USFS and the owners are ready to retire and feel this is a good time to transfer ownership to another person; hopefully a veteran!
