Franchise quality business without the 10% monthly payout off the top

Locally owned retail and B2B printing company that over the past 29 years provided clients with value, quality and on-time service. The company focused on fulfilling and maintaining a high expectation of customer service over the years with long time experienced staff.

Started in 1996, the company expanded in 2010 and relocated the company to an office building on main street. It was purchased and the company moved into the 4,500 sq. ft. downstairs facility that you see pictured. With additional office space upstairs currently leased to an insurance company.

The company replaced and upgraded all the computer graphic stations and network in 2023. All stations are networked with the order processing (POS) system. Orders can be created and edited as needed by staff. The shop is networked with Konica/Minolta digital presses. All the equipment in the company is owned and maintained by factory trained techs. The shop can produce everything from catalogs to envelopes. With fully integrated mailing software the shop can quickly process direct mail.
In the past two years the company has expanded into signage and custom garments. Resulting in a 300% increase in the past two years in these departments.

The company has vendors and suppliers in place that have been gleaned from the market place to be the very best trade suppliers in the market. The robust POS system is owned and covers everything from estimates, work orders, accounts receivables, billing and inventory control, pricing and cash sales. It can be connected to QuickBooks with a built in credit card system also available. The POS can handle pricing matrix's so adjusting prices is simple. It can adjust by cost of a project or item. The system can utilize different price levels for different clients. Helping to create estimates quickly and accurately. It can also be set up for commissions for outside sales personnel.
The resources to run the company are in place. There is a training manual for the shop as it exists as well as an HR employee program and manual.

The companies location is at a very busy intersection that sees some 15K of cars pass by the shop daily. The shop has its own private client parking. The shop is split in two with a retail shop with graphic stations and desks for clients to come in and discuss their project. As well as a 2,000 sq ft bindery and finishing shop.

The bindery shop is equipped with three laminators, mail insertion, tabbing , mail sealer, coil bind , tape bind, perfect binder, padder, two folding machines as well as an air fed blade scoring machine and a 27-inch-wide hydraulic paper cutter.

Signage equipment consists of 42-inch-wide laminator to be used for laminating and mounting on foam core, 48-inch-wide wall mounted foam core cutter. A 42-inch 6 color wide format printer and two blueprint plotters. Engineering document services opened up five years ago. The building is wired for the computer network and all the electrical has been upgraded with designated lines for the heavy equipment.
?The company has had an updated and complete web site that can easily be taken to the next step of online ordering and payment. It already accepts client projects and art for processing. QPS conducts email marketing with at last count a reliable cleaned email list of over 12K.

The company has been very involved in the community and is a sponsor of a great many of the youth and community nonprofits. The owner serves on many boards in the community and has developed not only a loyal local clientele, out of state clientele, and print resellers.

The company is poised for its next chapter as the owner is retiring. It has been a good and profitable business and it has allowed him free time over the years to peruse his interests. Providing security and a comfortable life for him and his family.

The shop is very suited for an existing print companies territory expansion as well as a business to take over and run as a venture.
