One territory is northern Oakland County, Genesee County and Lapeer County. Other franchise is the rest of Oakland County, and part of Macomb County. But also I believe I am the only owner in all of Michigan at this point.
The Real Estate Market is still pretty strong but get in and get going before the next big boom which could happen soon after the next election, or when interest rates begin to go down!

My business has grown by referrals for the most part.
