Established Medical Private Practice - Cardiology

Founded in 2006 by a cardiologist, the clinic was established to provide full-service, high-quality cardiac care in the community. The clinic achieved notable milestones in its first year, performing 763 cardiac catheterizations and efficiently managing pre- and post-procedural care. It expanded services to include pacemaker implantations and grew its team with specialized staff. Advanced diagnostic equipment, including a GE camera, echo machine, and treadmill, further enhanced its capabilities.

The new cath lab and an additional cardiologist reduced the founder's catheterization schedule and impacted the pacemaker program. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the clinic outsourced billing to cut costs and adjusted staffing to a streamlined team, including two medical assistants and part-time technicians. The clinic strongly emphasizes hiring experienced staff with diverse backgrounds, which has positively influenced patient satisfaction and clinic growth. Patient referrals continue to be the primary source of new patients, underscoring the high quality of care provided.

Looking ahead, the clinic aims to sustain high-quality care, enhance financial
stability, and re-establish key services. Plans include a succession strategy and
building a younger team for future growth.
