This well-established online beauty supply business specializes in professional salon-use hair products and consumer retail hair care items from top brands. Founded in late 2022, the company began high-volume sales on Walmart.com in February 2023. To date, we have completed over 25,000 orders, with strong potential for continued growth. While Walmart.com remains our primary sales channel, we also sell directly through our website and other platforms such as eBay.
Inventory & Operations:
Inventory: The sale includes approximately $1.4 million in retail fair market inventory, currently stored in our warehouse and owned outright. You have the option to transfer this inventory to your own warehouse or use fulfillment services for remote management, providing an opportunity for passive income. I can also assist with setting up an account for future inventory purchases.
Operational Efficiency: The business is efficiently managed by one person, requiring just 3-4 hours per day to fulfill orders. Our inventory consists of around 1,600 SKUs, with the bulk of sales driven by 400 key SKUs. This variety is essential for maintaining steady cash flow as products move in and out of buy boxes. The more time and focus you invest in the business, the greater the potential for increased profits. When I was able to dedicate more time to competitive pricing and inventory management, monthly sales would increase within days. Warehouse Requirements: The warehouse is not included in the sale, so you will need to arrange for your own storage space. We recommend approximately 4,000 square feet, though this can be significantly reduced with the use of racking systems. Currently, we pick items directly from pallets, and Shopify serves as our Point of Sale system.
Tax: Sales tax is collected by Walmart.com and other sales channels, so no need to worry about that.
