This is a trailer-based business with some home office requirement. The "leased" information is my cost for a local storage lot rental, monthly. You will require a suitable location for 16-foot, double axle trailer (some HOA's don't permit on-site parking), and for materials used in the installation of the product (primarily five-gallon buckets and 40-pound boxes of chip/flake.
Competition
The market is literally booming in SW Metro, with many, many new subdivisions being built, as well as older homes who's owners are upgrading. There are a number of competitors, but none offer the warranty (backed by the Franchisor) or the quality of product offered by this particular franchise. I am convinced it is, hands down, the absolute finest concrete coating available on the market today.
Growth & Expansion
The above Gross Sales and EBIT data were based on a total of 122 jobs (about 125 days of actual installation work). Given there are about 40 five day workweeks in a calendar year (accounting for a 2-week vacation and national holidays) that's a total of about 200 days available. (so the upside is about 60% GREATER than the sales/EBIT amounts listed.
Support & Training
