Cattywampus is a 46 foot power catamaran that is USCG licensed to carry 49 passengers, operating out of Fort Walton Beach Florida. The vessel is in good condition, with recent survey available. The boat operates during an eight month season, from March 1st through October 31st. March 1st to May 15th we run two 3 hour cruises per day, May 16th to Aug 15th we run three 3 hour cruises per day, August 16th through October 31st again two cruises per day. With a total annual passenger capacity of around 24,000 persons. During the past two years we have carried 12,000 passengers per year, leaving considerable capacity for future growth. The vessel is a Kurt Hughes design catamaran 46 feet long, with a beam of 28.5 ft, and a draft of 2 feet. Over 900 sq ft of deck space. Powered by two Yamaha T60 outboards, with one new T60 provided as a backup. The vessel is equiped with a good sound system for musical entertainment, and laser lights to create a disco effect after sunset. A 12 foot inflatable RIB dinghy (bought in 2021) is also supplied, fitted with a 25 hp Yamaha outboard.
A 10x12 ft Kiosk for office and ticket sales is also included, along with many extras, hurricane anchors and tackle, spare parts, and the extra engine, so there would be minimum down time during season if we have an engine problem. Web site, telephones, computer equipment etc. included.
