With A Twist Events is the nation's largest bartending service with locations in over 30 states, and we're on the way to becoming a well-known national brand. Nationwide the company executed over 4,000 events last year and we continue to rapidly grow. Here at the New England franchise location we send our bartenders to events (such as weddings, office gatherings, and birthday parties) all over New England and it's a really fun business to be a part of.
We are looking for someone interested in buying the New England territory of this nationwide franchise. The New England location is based in Boston and currently operates in five states (Massachusetts, Connecticut, Maine, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island). Vermont can also be added as well. With A Twist Events has been established since 2016 and the New England location has been operating for about two years. This New England franchise location that is for sale has already brought in over $250K in revenue in our first year and this business has enormous potential for growth. In 2024 we are on pace to bring in roughly $300K and this is only from website leads with very little marketing, venue outreach, or advertising as of yet.
Everything for the business has been built over the last two years and the business is functioning extremely well. It is a "turn-key" operation and bringing in daily revenue with great cash flow. We also have someone working with sales and operations who helps run the day-to-day activities so there is a lot of support for the owner. We currently have over 25 experienced bartenders on our staff and the company is set to become much larger within the next year. Despite its growing size, this business is very easy to manage because the system works so efficiently, so we are able to execute dozens of events per month almost flawlessly. We have a very impressive booking and staffing system in place, and this is by far the most technologically advanced event service in the country.

Some of the franchisees in other states where With A Twist operates are bringing in over $100K in revenue some months of the year, and we think the New England location has the potential for even bigger numbers as our population is much larger and more dense in this area. Our CEO thinks the New England location may potentially see around $1,000,000 in yearly revenue within the next few years. We're also adding on other services to our offerings such as waitstaff, photo booths, and things like that too, so there are many other avenues for even more growth. With A Twist is also working on partnering with some major nationwide brands such as ezCater and Total Wine & More, so that may expose us to millions of new customers and further increase our brand awareness. Our goal is to be the "go-to service" for events all across the country.
