BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

“LendingTree” for commercial real estate (CRE) loans

This is an opportunity to acquire a fintech software platform that is disrupting the lending landscape.

The Company is a “LendingTree” for commercial real estate (CRE) loans.

The platform is a marketplace where on one side we have commercial real estate dealmakers (brokers and owners) who are looking for CRE loans and on another side, we have over 1500 CRE lenders from banks and other entities that do CRE lending.

It’s a proven SaaS-enabled marketplace that has been used and loved by hundreds CRE mortgage brokers.

Lenders are also not just viewing loan applications, approximately 65% take action. Loans on the platform are typically in the $3 million to $30 million range, but have also been as low as $500,000 and as high as $300 million. The platform has processed over $32 billion in loan applications.

The software is fully-functional and was built with over $7 million of investment!

Users rave about the platform for its simplicity, speed, and process optimization.

The owners had 2 M&A offers from the top 5 CRE lending companies in the industry, but turned them down to build the Company. The founding team's priorities have changed, and the business has scaled down. They now wish to sell the platform to new owners who can take the platform to the next level.

There remains a tremendous opportunity recapitalize the Company for rebounding growth in commercial real estate lending from interest rate cuts and back-to-office trends.

The platform also offers expansion into data management and analytics, transaction management, lead generation, loan sales, and more! And/or, new owners may seek to reposition the platform for other lending verticals – such as small business lending or residential real estate lending.
