Growth & Expansion
There are many opportunities for growth!!! A PT company remodeled and leased a 1000-square-foot section of our building for around 10 years. We charged a little over $1000/month lease for that space. A dance company leased our dance studio for about the same amount of time, and we charged them $500/month. We never got into holding classes, but there is PLENTY of space to do something like that.
