Competition
We are the only locally owned donut shop. There is a Dunkin' but their donuts are shipped already baked and frozen, and just thaw out overnight, and the quality difference is obvious. We are one of the few breakfast spots in town, and the only one on North Main. Our customer traffic during peak seasons is remarkable, a constant stream of hungry folks coming through the door.
Growth & Expansion
The city has told me they are open to a drive thru window being installed and the building layout could support this huge upgrade to daily sales. We also close at 1:00pm, even though we do serve lunch, I only have one kitchen shift running from 5am to 1pm. A new owner could extend and highlight lunch service or even add dinner. Currently our lunch service is only a small portion of revenue.
Support & Training
I can provide a limited amount of training in certain areas such as bookkeeping, large order communication, and equipment maintenance -- my staff is the best resource for most aspects of the daily operations.
