Commercial Plus, LLC is proud to present the opportunity to acquire a premier full-service disaster restoration company serving the greater Phoenix metropolitan area. The company maintains a culture of excellence and employs industry experts throughout its hierarchy. The existing team comprises upper management, estimators, project managers, and a mix of full-time and seasonal employees and subcontractors.

Current services include, but are not limited to, water extraction, structural dehumidification, decontamination and odor removal, data recovery, environmental services, temporary power services, fire damage investigative support, consulting, debris removal, roofing, board-up/fencing/roof tarping, capital improvements, general contracting, and reconstruction. Restoration services encompass contents, storage, textile, document, electronics and equipment restoration, and data recovery services.

The current ownership seeks a full exit and is willing to facilitate a smooth transition with existing management to stay on for a transitory period of up to one year.
