BUSINESS ACTIVITY: The Company is a specialty contractor that offers residential repair, maintenance and installation of heating and air conditioning equipment.

HISTORY: In 1980 the Owner rented a building on TV Highway and a one man show repairing appliances after the warrantee period was over. The Owner was thinking of ways to go so he expanded the business into selling parts for the do-it-yourselfer.

The 80’s was a time were homeowners and renters were replacing their appliance instead of repairing. The cost to repair was higher than the consumer wanted to spend. He decided to go to school to become a licensed heating and air conditioner technician.

By 1984 he was fully licensed and had started to transition out of appliance repair and concentrated on HVAC customers. Albana Wholesale was his first distributor that sold Rheem products.
Today the Company is busier than ever and needs to hire additional technicians just to keep up with the organic growth. He is proud of what he has built. The foundation has been laid for a new owner to build upon. With a strong industry outlook and a service industry that is virtually recession proof, the company is poised for strong growth.
