At Warlock Garage we have strived to be the highest quality shop, meaning not taking shortcuts on customer cars with, hiring the best mechanics we can and ordering the best parts we can find, whether its brakes, wiring harness installs to complete restoration. located next to tollroad 130 and highway 29, we have a client lift of 150+ in 1 1/2 years and many of those customers have other vehicles. we currently have a waitlist of 30+ with extremely low comeback rate. we have increased sales from the first year and projecting by the end of next year to see gross of $300k currently gross is $220k in the last 6 months we hired 1 new experienced mechanic and expanded to a facility double the size 4000sq ft. we now have 2 lifts and permission has been granted by the landlord to install a paintbooth. we also have just increased our hourly rate to $145/hour, and are finding customers are leaving popular shops to come to us.

we also have an established website, youtube, facebook and instagram, we currently have many options for merchandise, and a growing brand, included in the sale is all my business contacts and resources, we have established relationships with various parts warehouses and contacts within those, advice on what events to advertise at and all shop equipment customer database etc.
