We offer a high end service with extremely capable stylists who aren’t only best of class in ability, but have the rare capacity as thoughtful, collaborative teammates who work extremely well together and ensure each Client has the best experience possible.

Pros: We’ve spent 4+ years establishing ourselves in the local community and 2.5+ year rebranding as a color specialist environment. We’ve spent approximately $150k+ in advertising over this time and are now experiencing consistent, organic growth.
Cons: Our biggest challenge has been the inconsistency of personnel. We’ve spent significant time and resources finding the right teammates (kind, capable, collaborative, etc), but have incurred significant personnel gaps due to lengthy employment gaps due to illness, numerous times over the past 2+ years.
