Its owner is an accomplished rustic furniture designer and builder that has been featured in the LA Times, San Francisco Chronicle & the cover of Architectural Digest, to name a few. Having worked in Yellowstone National Park he used elements of Old Faithful's rustic Inn, the restaurant is charming and warm. The restaurant sits on 1 of 3 lots. On the second lot is another 2 story building that houses 3 rental units. One is the entire first floor with 3 offices, lobby, and conference room. The second story is 2, one bedroom apartments, all currently rented & were gutted & remodeled in 2022. Both buildings were built with the finest materials, hardi-plank siding, heat pumps, PVC covered composite decking, all designed to last being right on the ocean.
