The Company has designed, developed, and implemented its state-of-the-art, adaptive, configurable SaaS Solution to manage companies in seven different major healthcare industry categories – so far! The categories include Case Management, Corrections, Insurance - Utilization Review, IT Consulting, Special Education-secure documentation management and Nursing and Hospital Resources Management in partnership with one of the country’s largest hospital organizations.

Team of 10+ professionals, including MD's, JDs, and PHD's with 100+ years of experience including launches, operations and exits.

The Company’s SaaS Solution is a Configurable Platform that has been effectively adapted and is currently being used by referenceable businesses in all these different growing industry categories.

Technical Description –

The Company’s entire software system is hosted on servers at HIPAA Vault, which provides a true HIPAA compliance guarantee, on demand scalability, and 24/7 support. All servers are individual and virtualized, with daily backups, and HIPAA compliant logging and monitoring. Their support and sales teams have been very responsive, great communicators, and we look on them as an extension of our team. Our Stack: MySQL database, Php8 (Yii2 framework) web application, nginx server.

The Company’s software engine is built using “Yii2”, which is a well-supported PHP framework, a MySQL database, and a frontend built using standard web tools (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) plus “Bootstrap” and Yii2’s frontend functions. The use of common languages and frameworks grants access to a large library of third-party components, resulting in a system that is easily modifiable and scalable.
