BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

This opportunity is under contract...

RPM will not be sending out marketing profiles or conducting buyer interviews with the seller. We can talk about the deal some. But it is somewhat limited.

This auto repair business specializes in European. Porsche, Audi, Volkswagen, Volvo, Mini, BMW, Mercedes...you get the idea. They're established in the industry. They have really talented techs. That's the strong point of this deal. The owner does work in the business. It is not absentee. If you're looking for an absentee deal...this is not it. The owner manages the business, writes service, and does work on cars some. There are two techs. Both are A level techs with good tenure.

The facility is leased and the rent is very reasonable. The relationship with the landlord is good. It is not what you would call a classic retail location. It is tucked away a bit. I don't think it matters...this is a destination shop.

I sell auto repair shops in Texas. I sell auto repair only. I do not sell any other kinds of businesses.
This is a great shop and I want you to buy this one. But if it doesn’t work for you for some reason you still might want to give me a call or visit my website at www.rpmshopsales.com

Competition
The current owner is a good businessman and a talented car guy. He likes to fix cars. And he's run the business profitably for many years. But he is comfortable at the current level of profitability and has not made any effort to increase business. It is ready for a new owner to take the reins and push it to the next level. See Growth and Expansion below
Growth & Expansion
Virtually any auto repair shop can be improved upon by implementing a well thought out marketing effort. Shops that are for sale are usually being sold by retiring owners. And retiring owners...guys in their 60s and 70s...have a strong tendency to rely on reputation and word of mouth. They almost never use direct marketing or social media. This business fits into that category. The core business and reputation is strong but needs new blood to push it to the next level.
Financing
Books are clean. The SBA is all over this. Even without real estate...this deal wor
Support & Training
There is talented staff here...so they will help out quite a bit. But we want the new owner to succeed...so we'll give the buyer the normal two or three weeks or whatever it is that he needs.
