Our 25 vehicles consist of all 2019 and newer, well-maintained SUVs, which are economically resistant allowing groups of travelers to share the cost while proving great for year-round travel - typical trips to national parks and ski resorts.

Our management fees are 25% of gross income. Team members and vehicle-specific expenses are paid by the owners before monthly disbursements leaving healthy profit for new owner(s) to take home an income or reinvest for growth, it's up to you. I am also selling our sister company Stay Vacation Rentals, which contains a portfolio of 18 managed homes around Utah with an identical business model behind it.

We are a small but mighty team at Skyfall with a close-knit culture that feels more like family than a workplace. As an owner, I have worked myself out of the business and run it almost fully remote. We interact with our customers solely out of SLC Airport. No building, no rent, and proud to keep overheads low making the business model scalable for a future owner.
Competition
There is little competition in Turo rental vehicle management. This is a new industry and many personal Turo car owners quickly become exhausted cleaning and delivering their own cars to the airport for rentals. Quickly turning to management companies like us to "hands-off" operate their Turo vehicle for them. Just a handful of management competitors in our area.
Growth & Expansion
In the last 12 months, we've been growing at the rate of 2.5 new vehicles per month, word of mouth only. It's possible to grow 100+ vehicles at SLC Airport before expanding to places like Las Vegas, Phoenix, Boise, Denver and beyond.
