Facilities
MAKE ME AN OFFER - I miss being at home with my kids & I have health issues that need to be addressed ALL INVENTORY AND EQUIPMENT INCLUDED, assistance in transferring most documentation over to new ownership will be on the table as well. We have an optional add on of a summer market and a kids craft class that will come with the business purchase if you would like. With a healthy owner, could add a minimum of 15k to the yearly revenue with minimal effort.
Competition
Value is around $125,000 by multiple brokers. Current $104k cash flow is of 2024 up to Oct 28th and will continue to increase as the year continues(Nov & Dec are great sales months). Shop is still growing, it is projected to increase in both revenue and value by the years end. Especially with a driven new owner. Closest competitor is 15-20 minutes north in Larkspur (a gas station) and the same distance south (without ice or snow) to Safeway in Monument, CO. During a blizzard or day at the lake we are the best spot for approximately 2,600k-3k residents.
Growth & Expansion
We have not only grown and maintained our sales each month, but have increased our average sales month over month with this month being the first drop (less local produce harvested this month and we don't sell much in terms of candy and pumpkins currently). This is great to know as it is something to improve on next year. A projected jump again in November and December, with another drop in January (A great time to train you up on the shop is during our busiest months followed by the slowest Nov-Feb)
Support & Training
We are offering 2 months of hands on training, upon a confirmed purchase and 2 months of support afterwards(4 months total).
Reason for Selling
Owners health and family being relocated
