BUSINESS DESCRIPTION

This marijuana grow operation was opened in the fall of 2019 as an established and licensed OMMA grower and has been growing and selling medical marijuana since that time. The company continued to clone, grow, harvest and sells medical marijuana to licensed Dispensaries in Oklahoma (“from seed to sale”). While there are many licensed Oklahoma grow operations producing the same cannabis product – the quality of each harvest, as required by mandatory lab testing, can vary significantly. As a rule, the THC content should be above 20% and the Terps 2% or higher for attractive sales. The current management team have developed a harvesting formula that has consistently produced cannabis flower testing at 26%+ THC and 5.1%+ Terps – which is among the highest quality available on the market and is what customers prefer. They have found the right “recipe” that can command higher wholesale prices from area Dispensaries given the better lab results. As a result, they have the necessary cloned "Mother Plants" on hand to expand production under new ownership. Currently, there is also a moratorium on new Grow Licenses from the OMMA until August of 2026. Their license is current and available for sale with all the necessary assets in place for a turnkey operation.

Facilities
This convenient South Tula operation has a 2000 sq ft, fully equipped rented office warehouse that is easily accessible to Jenks, Bixby, Glenpool and Sapulpa markets. All of the necessary equipment including LED lighting, A/C, power, humidifiers, control systems, security, etc. are in place and well maintained. It is complete turn-key operation with all active licenses required in place for transfer to a new owner/operator. Additionally, this business has been (and can be) operated by one person. They also have 3-Phase Power.
Competition
As OMMA continues to correct many of the problems and mistakes made at launch by implementing tighter controls, oversight and regulation, many of the growers and dispensaries have closed their doors in just the past 12-18 months. This trend is continuing with many operators finding it difficult to meet current requirements. The company has sold 100% organic plants using a clone called "Garlic Wine", which has proven to be extremely popular. Customers they have shown/sold to so far, are very much impressed with their higher THC % & Terps % test numbers.
Growth & Expansion
Management has spent very little on advertising and marketing. A marketing plan should be put in place. Hiring an outside salesman or working with more experienced wholesale brokers should yield results as well. A new and expanded website with ties to a planned email marketing program would increase sales and improve business exposure while providing potential customers more product details and education on the benefits of buying from them. They are also investigating the feasibility of “infusing” pre-rolls to increase both prices and customer options.

Support & Training
The Owners are available to maintain a seamless transition while providing the necessary education needed to continue producing the most desirable marijuana products for sale. They have developed a successful formula for producing the most desirable products that command higher prices in the marketplace due to proven "Recipes" & harvesting techniques. .
Reason for Selling
Current Owners want to retire to focus on family and other personal interests.
