Our Website and Brand is probably our most valuable asset along with a patient database of over 52,000 med card patients (this database grows monthly). We have established listings on Weedmaps, Leafly and Google My Business. Good Will is also a valuable company asset as we thousands of loyal repeat patients who love our service and rely on us for their med card needs.
Competition
Many new states are creating medical cannabis programs. Our competitors are all priced higher than we are. A common misconception is that the state Legalization programs will negate the need for med cards. However, even states that have legal cannabis programs (like Maine) have robust medical programs as well. Med cards offer patients big discounts on products and allow them to cultivate in some states. This encourages them to get a med card even though they could go to a legal recreational cannabis store. Some states (like OK) prohibit rec stores.
Growth & Expansion
Rapid expansion is possible by going into every state that offers med cards. With some effort you could open more states and double revenue in a year or two. Currently we derive most revenue from the states of Maine and Oklahoma. We are opening New York and West Virginia this year. Support & Training
