This is an opportunity to purchase a company with patent pending software that controls air flow systems (that they also design) to eliminate ALL airborne particles from the operating table. A premier Orthopedic and Sports Medicine clinic in the Twin Cities installed this system and after 1 year and over 1400 surgeries reported zero infections.
We are seeking a buyer to acquire our client in two stages:
1. Initially buy 51% of the company for a nominal investment; then
2. Buyout of their remaining 49% within seven years at a predetermined formula.
