We open and close swimming pools, hot tubs, spas. We install pool and spa equipment, safety covers and liners. We use professional contractors for installations of pools and spas. We have service equipment and retail office equipment that goes with the business. Inventory may be purchased, we usually carry in the off season about 17 to 20K in inventory. Our Cassopolis retail building and property goes with the sale. We can work with a new owner up to 12 weeks conditionally if wanted. There is not a lot of competition in this trade and more pool and spa techs are needed. We have 3 Michigan suppliers and more out of state suppliers.
