Additionally, the Company offers diagnostics, medical equipment, and clinical research with an emphasis on sleep medicine. The Company strives to ensure patients receive the right care, in the right setting, in a manner that is consistent with the patient’s needs, desires, and values. The Company operated through the following internal profit centers in 2020: Research 29% of sales, Diagnostics 28%, Medical Equipment 22%, and Clinic 21%. The Company builds business partnerships with pharmaceutical and/or medical devices companies to sustain its clinical research operations. The Company serves 3,500 active customers and has an approximately 45% rate of repeat business. The Company is currently supported by 17 full-time support employees, including the owners, and 11 part-time employees.
